New patients
Your first visit, step by step
Plan on about an hour for a first visit.
Step 1: Ask for a visit
Send the form or call. Tell us the day you prefer and whether to reply by call, text or email.
Step 2: We check your benefits
With dental insurance, we look up your benefits and tell you what your plan says it covers before you come in.
Step 3: Your forms
Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are available if you prefer.
Step 4: The exam
Your dentist looks at your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and explains what they see.
Step 5: A plan in writing
You leave with a written plan and estimate for any treatment, and time to ask before you decide.
Complete your new-patient forms

Before you come in
What do I need to bring along?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of your medicines. Bring recent dental X-rays too, or ask your previous office to send them.
Do I describe my health on this website?
No. The contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you request my records?
Yes. Give us your previous dentist's contact details and we will request your records, with your written permission, before your visit.
Ready for a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you, and we will take it from there.
